Terms
"1. Agreement of Service
By engaging the services of Daylite Engineering Limited, the client agrees to be bound by these terms. All projects are executed based on the finalized quotation, agreed scope of work, and specific payment terms provided prior to commencement.
2. Mobilization and Deposits
A commitment deposit is strictly required before the mobilization of equipment and personnel to the project site. This ensures resources are allocated and scheduled for your specific project.
3. Timelines and Unforeseen Delays
While we make every reasonable effort to complete work within the estimated timeframe, project timelines are subject to site conditions, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing clear and legal access to the project site. It is the client's duty to secure all necessary approvals, community consents, or government permits (such as WRA) required for the work unless otherwise stated in the contract.
5. Scope of Work and Extra Charges
Our team will adhere to the agreed-upon scope. Any additional work or variations requested by the client outside this scope may attract extra charges, which will be communicated and approved in advance.
6. Payment Schedules
Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule. Daylite Engineering Limited reserves the right to temporarily suspend services or demobilize equipment if payments are delayed until the outstanding balance is cleared.
7. Geological Disclaimers
Daylite Engineering Limited is committed to high-quality workmanship. However, the client acknowledges that natural factors, specifically underground geological conditions and hydrological variations, directly affect borehole performance and water yield. These factors are beyond the company’s control and guarantee.
8. Acceptance
By proceeding with our services and making the initial deposit, the client confirms they fully understand and agree to these professional terms and conditions."
